This website is published by BEKALY, an independent, founder-led initiative in development in Türkiye. BEKALY is not an incorporated company. This notice explains, simply, what happens to your information when you visit.

No forms, no accounts

This site has no contact form, newsletter sign-up, account or login. It does not ask you to enter any personal information.

Contact by email only

The "Get in touch" and email links use a standard mailto: link to info@bekaly.org. Clicking one opens your own email application; nothing is sent through this website. If you choose to email us, we receive what you include in your message (such as your name, email address and any details you share) and use it only to reply and to continue the conversation you started. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

No analytics, cookies or tracking

This site does not use analytics tools, advertising or tracking pixels, social media embeds, or cookies. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers.

Hosting

The site is a set of static files served by our hosting provider, Netlify. Like any web server, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as IP addresses in routine server logs, for security and delivery of the site. We do not use these logs to profile visitors.

Your rights

If you have emailed us and would like us to delete your correspondence, or have any question about privacy, write to info@bekaly.org.

Changes

If the site ever adds analytics, forms or other features that process personal data, this notice will be updated before they are introduced.
